Thank you for your interest in employment with Georgia United Credit Union. We have positions for every skill set from entry-level to experienced applicants; however, entry-level teller and member service positions are most often needed. Currently we are seeking qualified applicants who possess a professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent member service skills for the following positions:


Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

This person will be responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations.  Serves as an advisor to the CEO, EVP and Board of Directors regarding financial strategies and programs.  Oversees and directs Accounting, Finance, Audit & Compliance, Treasury & Risk Management, and Contracts & Procurement.  The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting and minimum of 10-15 years of financial management experience. CPA and/or CMA and previous CFO experience at a Bank or credit union highly preferred. Large CPA firm experience a plus.

Vice President of Enterprise Project Management 

We are seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Project Management to lead the credit union’s newly created Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). Serves as a trusted advisor to the CEO, EVP, CFO, CIO and other members of the senior leadership team. Administers and coordinates the planning and execution of both strategic and tactical project initiatives through a staff of project managers.This position is located in our Duluth (Sugarloaf Parkway) office.

Manager of Service Experience

We are seeking a Manager of Service Experience to manage the company’s program for measuring, reporting and improving the quality of internal and external service experiences. In this role, the successful candidate will assist the organization with the cultural adoption and reinforcement of the Net Promoter Score (NPS) service discipline to measure the organization’s service effectiveness. Director of Marketing

This position will be responsible for launching and overseeing major marketing projects in concert with internal teams and the agency, setting clear, measurable ROMI goals and achieving targeted results from brand positioning, to member growth, wallet share marketing and business development.  Candidate must have knowledge of all facets of marketing, including strategy, digital, conferences, database/CRM, annual reports, thought leadership and PR/communications.

Mortgage Sales Manager

This position is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations and activities of our Mortgage Loan Officer team. Candidates must meet the qualifications necessary to maintain a NMLS license. The ideal person will have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast paced member service focused environment. Travel to other office locations may be required on an as needed basis.

Mortgage Loan Officer

We are currently seeking Mortgage Loan Officers for our North Atlanta and Dalton Branch. The responsibilities of this position requires participation in all steps related to the origination of mortgage loans, including but not limited to taking applications, discussing loan alternatives, credit criteria, interest rates and loan documentation in a positive and professional manner. This position requires registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) as created by S.A.F.E Act. A minimum of 2 years of mortgage loan origination and or processing experience required. Bilingual Spanish / English preferred.

Network Analyst

We are seeking a Network Analyst who will be responsible for creating an end-to-end test plan; executing the plan and managing all activities in the plan to ensure that all the objectives are met and that the solution works as expected. This position is located in our Duluth (Sugarloaf Parkway) office. Experienced professionals with at least 2 years of basic network administration functions with ability to perform entry level quality assurance and network vulnerability test encouraged to apply.

Also responsible for representing company executives to internal, external members and other business partners. This position supports the development of marketing materials, advertising and promotional programs to assist in member communication and relationship building via segmented marketing, a permissions email program, campaigns, newsletters, videos and social media, etc. Aids in the development and implementation of a strategic and proactive brand guidelines that reinforces the brand message and improves member communication.

Staff Development Specialist 

We are seeking a Staff Development Specialist to work in our Duluth (Sugarloaf Parkway) office. This position is responsible for consulting, developing, delivering and measuring training and learning performance programs. Applies adult learning principles and instructional design theory to create effective training and curricula for Credit Union employees with a focus on the solutions bottom-line results, strategic alignment and metrics accomplished. May be called upon to train within the branch network. Intermittent local travel may be required as needed.

Senior Systems Operator

We are seeking a Sr. Systems Operator to manage and monitor the operation of the host computer system (Symitar) and related peripheral equipment. This position is located in our Duluth (Sugarloaf Parkway) office and requires the ability to work a flexible work schedule.  This position is responsible for performing complex procedures in the preparation of input files for processing and distributes the output; reports malfunctions to management; writes operator instructions for computer production and program test-runs.
